Hello artists, My name is Leah Rae Miller. My debut novel, THE SUMMER I BECAME A NERD from Entangled Teen, was published on May7th. I'm looking for an artist for my first foray into comic scripting. I have two stories I think would be much better suited for graphic novelization. Unfortunately, I can't draw worth a flip. The first is a YA Fantasy called DREAMWEAVER. I don't know if anyone here on DA is actually still interested, but I'm gonna tell the story anyway. Back in December 2010, I decided I wanted to try my hand at writing a novel and I did it. I wrote that first novel, edited it, then realized it needed a complete rewrite. Needless to say, I trunked that novel, saving it for another day. But I didn't give up. I began work on my second book in August 2011. It's a young adult contemporary romantic comedy called THE SUMMER I BECAME A NERD. I started querying that manuscript in December 2011.
